In Response to the need which Blathnaid has seen through her work as a restaurant advisor, Blathnaid set up the School of Restaurant & Kitchen Management in 2010 to provide training  in The Business of Food for those who would like the knowledge and skills to set up their own food service business. Setting up and operating a food service business without the required industry specific knowledge and skills is financial and emotional suicide.
